COME SING WITH US!

Discover your voice in the world!!   The various choirs of the Children’s Choir of Chico begin rehearsals for the 2008-2009 choir season the week of August 18, with registration continuing the weeks of August 25 & September 1. Join a choir in the Children’s Choir of Chico to learn to read and write music, sing in various languages, and learn songs in many genres, including classical, Broadway, traditional, and folk music from around the world.  Medieval to modern, Bach to Gershwin – you‘ll experience it through the Children’s Choir of Chico!   www.childrenschoirofchico.org.

 

 

Green Aware Fair

Loma Rica , CA - Going Green has never been so much fun! Come on out Saturday, August 23 and enjoy the day at Green Aware Fair (GAF) in the open air foothills of Yuba County from 11am-4pm. The day will be filled with workshops and demonstrations, local eco-friendly and natural businesses featuring their products and services, raffled items throughout the day and silent auction, and good green and natural family fun.    This is a FREE event. Children's Fair

Looking for something to do this Saturday.  Come to the Chico mall between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm and see our booth at the children’s fair.

Chico Outlaws Baseball Team

We are having a Back to School Night on Thursday, August 7^th. It is only $1.00 for any K-12 grade student with a student ID or report card. The kids can come out for a great price and watch baseball, get an autograph from Rascal our mascot, or just play in kids zone!. This event was added late in the season, and we are trying to give kids an opportunity to come enjoy themselves before heading back to school.
