Valley Oaks Children's Services presents Parent Voices Meeting

This just in from Jane Haberman over at Valley Oaks Children's Services:

"PARENTS from all over CALIFORNIA are joining the Narratives Project to share stories about the lack of subsidized child care services. Parents on the child care waiting list are invited to share stories and create solutions through the Parent Voices chapter of Butte County. The Goal is to fully fund the Child Care Eligibility List: We are recruiting parents from the eligibility list to share their stories with legislators and fully fund their child care needs. Some people have been waiting (and eligible) for years. Now is the chance to join our voices and create change.

"The Butte County chapter of Parent Voices will meet October 19th at Valley Oak Children's Services in Chico from 3pm – 4pm.
